CSK Hotels is a family-owned hospitality and real estate investment company.

Founded in 2002 by Chris Whitt, Storm Nolan, and Kane Whitt, CSK Hotels was an extension of Whitt Properties which managed the real estate investments of Chris Whitt since the 1980’s.

Since 2002, CSK Hotels has developed and owned, or managed over 20 hotel projects in Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, Washington D.C., and Texas.

Additionally, CSK owns and operates retail centers, self storage facilities, convenience stores, mixed-use buildings, industrial warehouses, a powersports dealership, and an Arkansas based cannabis cultivation facility.

Our Philosophy

PKF Hospitality Research® says that 75% of a hotel’s performance is related to the market. The other 25% is driven by the property and management.

CURRENT PROJECTS

GreenPointe Shopping Center

GreenPointe Shopping Center is an upscale shopping plaza featuring a mix of local and national retailers and service providers. GreenPointe Shopping Center proudly hosts Creative Jewelry, the oldest family-owned jewelry store in Fort Smith, the well known Kopper Kettle famous for its sweets, Talbots clothing store, and many other amazing shops and businesses.

Hampton Inn by Hilton

Acquired in Fall 2014 and fully renovated in 2017, Hampton Inn Fort Smith has consistently exceeded expectations. In addition to being one of the areas best hotels according to TripAdvisor, Hampton Inn Fort Smith can also be found in the Top 25 on Hilton Worldwide’s Quality Scorecard for US Properties.

Holiday Inn Presidential

Purchased in March 2019, Holiday Inn Presidential is our first IHG-branded property. This 8-story, 150-room hotel is located in the heart of downtown, minutes from all Little Rock has to offer.

Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential

Purchased in 2002, Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential has undergone two major renovations, most recently in 2017.

In addition to receiving Choice International’s “Inn of the Year” in 2010, we can be found consistently in TripAdvisor‘s Top 3 for hotels in Little Rock and are a 2018 recipient of TripAdvisor’s “Hall of Fame” for holding a Certificate of Excellence 4 years in a row.

First Federal Bank Building

One of Fort Smith’s most recognizable buildings, the First Federal Bank Building was a mid-century architect’s dream brought to life in the mid-60’s by First Federal Bank at 524 Garrison Avenue. For some time the building was known as the Area Agency on Aging Building. Soon, the building will be known by another name. Office space now available for lease.

Airport Warehouses 1 & 2

Built in 2006, each warehouse occupies 100,000 square feet of space.

CSK Powersports

CSK Powersports offers a wide range of new and pre-owned recreational vehicles from a variety of manufacturers, such as Honda, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Husqvarna, and Haul-Rite.

Z-Mart Convenience Store

Built in 2003, Z-Mart is proud to carry the Valero fuel brand. In addition to featuring locally-owned Miss Ellie’s Coffee, we also offer Hunt Brother’s Pizza, chicken strips, pizza sticks, potato wedges, and anything else you might be craving.

Total Self-Storage & U-Haul

Established in 1999, Total Self-Storage offers basic and climate-controlled units as well as outdoor spaces for boats, RVs, and other vehicles. Gated and monitored by cameras, we also have on-site security for added protection.

Strozier Mini Storage & U-Haul

Acquired in 2020, Strozier Mini Storage provides all the amenities of sister-company Total Self-Storage, such as basic and climate-controlled units as well as outdoor spaces for boats, RVs, and other vehicles. Facility is gated and monitored 24 hours a day by a state-of-the-art security system.

B & B Warehouse

Acquired in mid-2016, B & B Warehouse is currently occupied by a packaging company.

Town Club Building

As one of our newest endeavors, Town Club is a multi-use building located in historic downtown Fort Smith. With Arkansas-based First Security Bank occupying the second floor, the first floor will soon be home to an exciting new upscale restaurant.

River Valley Relief Cultivation

As an Arkansas cannabis cultivator, River Valley Relief Cultivation’s sole purpose is to make high quality, safe, and affordable medical cannabis for the patients of Arkansas.

Arkansas Natural Products Dispensary

Managed, in part, by CSK hotels, Arkansas Natural Products is a dispensary based in Clinton, Arkansas that offers free home delivery of medical cannabis to most of Arkansas.

Zero Business Park

Acquired in 2005, Zero Business Park hosts numerous successful businesses. Situated in a populated area and conveniently located next to Zmart, it’s a favorite destination for many.

Triple R Storage

Acquired in 2021, Triple R Storage has become a popular choice in the Lavaca area thanks to its comprehensive upgrades. The facility now features security cameras and passcode access. Triple R Storage offers a range of units from 5×10 feet to 20×60 feet, as well as dedicated storage for boats and RVs/campers.

Central Self Storage

Acquired alongside Triple R Storage, Central Self Storage has quickly become a favorite in the Central City area. As the smallest storage center owned by CSK Hotels, it consistently experiences high demand.

63 Warehouse

Acquired in 2023, Warehouse 63 is our latest project. This property is currently undergoing renovations to prepare for an exciting future venture.

The Mower Shop

The Mower Shop is the latest addition to CSK’s portfolio, offering a range of products including Grasshopper Mowers, Honda Power Equipment, and STIHL items. This location has been highly successful, and they take pride in being STIHL Master Wrench Certified!

Custom Cannabis

We are proud to provide accounting services for Custom Cannabis, a medical cannabis dispensary in Alexander, AR. Our dedicated team consistently delivers results that keep Custom Cannabis satisfied and confident in our partnership.
